DR. ANDREA COSTANZA, DO
Board Certified Dermatologist and Co-Medical Director
Dr. Costanza graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1999 from Chadron State College in Nebraska. She attended the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences where she received several academic awards and graduated Magna Cum Laude. During Dr. Costanza’s dermatology doctor residency in Tampa, FL at Sun Coast Hospital, she received prestigious awards for outstanding presentation at national conferences. Dr. Costanza scored in the top 1% on the national residency training exam each year of her residency. Before moving to Columbus, Ohio she worked at a well-known private practice in Lexington, Kentucky. Her special interests include contact dermatitis and cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

DR. MARYA CASSANDRA, DO
Board Certified Dermatologist and Co-Medical Director
Dr. Cassandra is a native Buckeye and graduated from the Columbus School for Girls. She graduated Cum Laude from Miami University and attended the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. During her dermatology residency in Tampa, Florida at Sun Coast Hospital, she was Chief Resident, published several papers in medical journals, and won national awards for her presentations. Since graduating in 2005, she was an attending dermatology doctor at one of the premier practices in the Tampa Bay area, Bay Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. She also spent two years at the Veterans Clinic here in Columbus, Ohio where she was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Ohio State University. She won the OSU Dermatology Resident Clinical Instructor Teaching Award in 2009. Dr. Cassandra has lived in both the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica and speaks Spanish.

She is interested in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two young children.

DR. JAMES DUNCAN, MD
Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship-Trained Mohs Micrographic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Duncan graduated from the University of Utah prior to attending The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Ohio State, he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha academic honor society and received the Clinical Excellence Award. He completed his internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital prior to his dermatology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Mohs surgery at UAB where he extensively trained in the management of advanced skin cancers and reconstructive surgery, performing over 1,300 cases. He has over fifteen publications across dermatology journals and received the esteemed Tromovitch award from the American College of Mohs Surgery for outstanding research during fellowship. Dr. Duncan has interests in the prevention and management of skin cancer as well as a variety of medical dermatologic conditions and cosmetics. He is dedicated to helping his patients achieve the highest possible cure rate and best aesthetic and reconstructive outcomes through Mohs surgery. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, outdoor activities, watching Ohio State football and TV, and spending time with his wife.

Jessica Hoy, DO, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in 2009 graduating Cum Laude. She then earned her Doctorate of Osteopathy in 2013 from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hoy completed dermatology residency at OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital in 2017 where she served as chief resident, followed by a dermatopathology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in 2018. She is committed to teaching dermatology residents and students, serving as the OhioHealth Dermatology Residency program’s Director of Dermatopathology. Dr. Hoy is a native to Columbus, Ohio and excited to offer dermatologic care to the community in which she was raised. She aims to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatologic concerns and believes the highest quality of care is achieved through shared-decision making. Her clinical interests include early detection of skin cancer, dermoscopy and acne. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with her husband and three sons.

Megan Peck is a board certified physician assistant. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Toledo. She also received her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences/Physician Assistant studies from the University of Toledo. She is currently an active member of the Ohio Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Megan received extensive dermatology training from both Dr. Cassandra and Dr. Costanza while working at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA clinic. She has been practicing dermatology for 13 years, and has been a member of the Signature dermatology team since 2014. Megan is interested in all aspects of dermatology and believes that communication and education are the foundation for a successful dermatology visit. Megan grew up in Northwest Ohio and currently resides in Plain City with her husband and 4 children. Her time for hobbies is limited, however she enjoys running and reading. Mostly, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children's sporting events and activities.

She is the Vice President of the Ohio Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and member of the Ohio Dermatological Association. Arica grew up in NE Ohio and currently lives in Columbus, OH where she spends most of her free time with her husband and Shorkie pup. She enjoys the beach, being outdoors, and fellowship with her family and friends. Meet Tasha Carnes, our Aesthetician. After 13 years in the car business, she decided to pursue her passion for skincare. Tasha struggled with acne in college and again in her late twenties. She spent a lot of time with her aesthetician and dermatologist and this is where her interest in skincare started. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband, working out, walking their dog Ki and spending time with family and friends. Some of her favorite treatments include dermaplaning and chemical peels. She looks forward to meeting each and every one of you and building long lasting relationships!
